Article 34. Publicity.

1. Publicity for the grants awarded shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, through publication in the National Grants Database, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 130/2019, of 8 March, regulating the National Grants Database and the publicity of grants and other public aid.

2. Likewise, Article 34 of Regulation (EU) 2021/441 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 February 2021 establishing the Recovery and Resilience Facility shall also apply.

3. To this end, beneficiaries and Adhered Digitalizing Agents shall make mention of the origin of this funding and ensure its visibility, including, where appropriate, through the emblem of the Union, available at the link https://planderecuperacion.gob.es/identidad-visual, and an appropriate funding statement stating «funded by the European Union-Next Generation EU», together with the Recovery Plan logo, in particular when promoting the actions and their results, providing consistent, effective and proportionate information aimed at multiple recipients, including the media and the public.

4. The calls for applications shall establish the instructions and deadline for complying with the obligations of this article.
